From the moment I called the office to get an appointment I was greeted with professionalism and kindness. They understood that we needed to get in quickly, as we had been dealing with a severely infected tooth for a few weeks. Together, Lindsey and Trina worked diligently to accommodate our scheduling needs, verify our dental insurance, assist me in gathering prior x-rays, and made sure we knew what to expect at our first appointment. When we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and no wait; as I was conveniently able to complete the new patient paperwork online, prior to our appointment. Amylia was an absolute delight. She was so knowledgeable and I especially appreciated that she engaged my daughter, while explaining things and asking questions, instead of talking to just me, as if she wasn't in the room. Dr Patel is hands down the most calming doctor I have ever encountered. He thoroughly explained what was going on with my daughters tooth. He detailed the best options to correct the issue; breaking everything down in a way that was easy for us to understand, which made everything feel much less overwhelming and scary. When we left, my daughter told me she felt very comfortable there and with her upcoming procedure. To hear this from a 16 year old who has had a terrible dental experience in the past and was just told she would be having, not only her infected tooth extracted, but her wisdom teeth extracted as well, is HUGE. We are so grateful we found Dr Patel and his team!! 5 stars all the way!!
