okay, at first, I was a bit frustrated! you'll see why.. It was slow, I was annoyed, and I guess, I now need to blame the employee crisis or labor shortage here and everywhere else. First: I got a referral from my Dr., A month later I got a call to schedule a consult another month out, I had the consult, then a month later I had a take home sleep study. then another month later I got the results. WELL now, Bunny did very well in keeping herself calm. the more I called and the More I became familiar with them and the office, I have to tell you all, they actually care. I met Austyn and a few of the employees there and Austyn took very well care of me and my needs. I am struggling with breathing at night with this thing on and she made sure I knew what to do and make adjustments. we did a personal fitting, I was amazed! she did more in that time than HME Specialist! (RME) I learned some things about masks than HME told me. HME tried it on me and sent me out the door. Austyn laid out a bunch of masks out and she dug into my mask. I am now trying what she recommended and we will see but, this experience has totally changed my mind about them and my C-Pap. Not the labor shortage but, the office personnel, for sure. Patience IS a virtue I do not have. but getting to know them, I'll be a bit better in the future, Austyn looks like Reese Witherspoon BTW! I Met Reese Witherspoon!!!
