We offer Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and prenatal massage, as well as customized sessions to meet your specific needs.

Do I need to undress completely for my massage?

You will be asked to undress to your comfort level, and you will be properly draped with a sheet during the massage.

How long are your massage sessions?

Our standard massage sessions are 30, 60, or 90 minutes long, but we can accommodate other lengths of time upon request.

Ping did extremely well. She has a lot of knowledge which is obvious from how she quickly identified areas of concern. I’ve had 3 shoulder surgeries and just ran a half and it cut down my recovery time. Highly recommend!
