The recovery area nursing staff is poorly trained in post procedure care. The procedure staff and physicians are excellent which is why the recovery staff bring down the total quality of the site. Post procedure care is very important to the recovery and pain management and they FAIL terribly. Please seek care at UCI Irvine or other NON-PIH Outpatient surgery centered. Especially important for Seniors and patient that are not aware they have the right to pain management and respectful treatment. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM PIH. This is my personal experience and my right to share my observation and experience with the public. Please be your loved ones patient advocate.

I had a great experience here! I had surgery on my wrist and everyone here was so nice and made me feel at ease! They explained things very well every step of the way!
