Read MoreI have been a patient here since 2015. At first, I did not click with the PA that I saw. But, when Ben B. came on with the practice and he became my PA I had a huge change in experience. Sometimes we may have a personality or communication problem with an individual provider in a practice. Advocating for myself, I ask for a change within the practice. I know that Ben B. always listens to me. He is always kind and professional. I don't feel judged and therefore I can be open and forthright about any challenges I may be having with my health. The office staff are quick to reply, to return calls, and to address my needs. I moved from Hickory and drive 45 minutes to continue to be a patient here. It's worth the drive for me.
