Yesterday (11/12/2023), my son was sick and needed to be seen and tested for strep, because he was showing the classic symptoms of strep. I made an online appointment and drove to the clinic. The website and the door of the building both state the clinic hours are 8am to 8pm. His appointment was 9:07am. I completed the check-in information ahead of time online and texted HERE when I arrived 10 minutes early as instructed. However, the building was locked, and the lights were off. We sat there and waited 30 minutes. I called, but no one answered. I started a chat on the website, which went nowhere because the response I received was "sorry about the inconvenience, go to another one of our clinics"...which was really upsetting. I have a sick child, I made an appointment at this clinic, the appointment was accepted, and it took me through all the prompts...but there was no one there to see us. When I requested help, the response was...oh well, try another one of our clinics. That response is not only unprofessional, but it is lacking even an ounce of empathy.
