Still waiting for my Dr letter for my Workman’s Comp pay to be released and due to the delays I was left stranded in a parking lot and was attacked and robbed (my purse and wallet with all of my identification and cards) and then chased / gang-stalked for 3 days now and barely escaped almost getting kidnapped and apparently the group is involved with trafficking… all bc they keep delaying my letter. I called again this morning and they are now aware that they have put me in danger and still no letter, hours after being told. These delays have directly impacted my safety and health.
If you continue to delay, my next steps will be filing formal complaints and alerting the medical board. Is it that hard to write a letter confirming my physical therapy notes that you’ve had since July? And my MRI… you’ve had since the beginning of August. I can’t believe that this is happening… what did I ever do to you guys???

After 2 meniscus surgeries on both knees and re-tears on both (tripped on crutches) and after playing phone tag for a month to get a follow up appointment for my MRI / physical therapy Workman’s Comp - I was told that I would finally get my work note so that my case manager would have the information that I can’t work 100%. KNOWING that the delays have caused me to not have ANY income for 2 months and has caused me so much hardship and harm, no one was even told to write a note for me, instead the nurse who said she was present for my phone call and didn’t hear both sides of the conversation (she was so rude multiple times/ occasions that I’m updating my review). Said something that was completely contradictory to my conversation with my dr, and refused to do anything whatsoever to help. This treatment has been getting worse and worse since my surgeries. I’m so disappointed in the deceitful business practices- as soon as they get their money they will treat you like a 3rd class citizen. Told me I would have the work note confirming that I still can’t barely walk (physical therapy is very clear that I have serious limitations) but it seems that this “team” is no better than any other common scam artists and crooks.
Shame on you guys… knowing exactly how much I’ve been impacted in every aspect and still talked badly about me within earshot every single appointment I’ve had… and I still just let it slide and made excuses for your childish and pathetic high school gossip bs.
You want me to revise my review? Do better. Do your jobs with COMPASSION for your patients or get out of the field.
