This can be challenging at times, but I am very happy to share that Dr. Ki Chung and his wonderful staff has greatly exceeded my expectations! Everyone in the Pflugerville Family Dentistry office have just made my transition easy and reassuring because they showed a genuine patient care. On my 1st visit, Maria, the manager took the time to explain the treatment plan, she's very compassionate and have shown high customer service skills and with the highest level of professionalism. Dr. Chung's expertise and thorough explanations gave me the confidence and peace of mind with my dental implant work. From the moment Sydney, Dental assistant,
roomed me in for my very 1st ever implant (2nd visit), she already sensed my anxiety and she made me feel very comfortable with the treatment.
