However, the situation escalated inappropriately when the staff confronted me as I was leaving, insisting on additional payment. This was not only unexpected but also highly unprofessional and uncomfortable.
Feeling cornered and distressed, I complied with their demand and paid the extra amount just to leave the premises without further confrontation. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and borders on extortion. It's deeply disappointing to encounter such unprofessional conduct, especially when one expects a relaxing and respectful service environment.
