I've been going there for a few years and I can honestly say I have never had a problem with anyone, not the receptionists or any of the providers. I don't know what people expect, a red carpet rolled out when you arrive? The male receptionist ( Benjamin?) is there mostly when you arrive,he says hello, he asks if you want the same time for your next visit and you're done. What else should he do? Then you wait to be called. They are very quick and efficient, always polite and respectful ,they don't have to be your friend, they don't have to talk about their personal lives! I have had a family tragedy, I lost my daughter, missed appointments because of it and they were so understanding, my pharmacy couldn't fill my prescription, I had to call pca several times, never got an attitude so idk what other people are talking about, I personally have never had the issues being mentioned, I am treated for my pain and treated like a human being. I would recommend pca to anyone that's in need of treatment for chronic pain. The staff (every one in the office) is very nice, polite, understanding and professional. Follow the rules and you have no problems.
