She had to leave work and rush just to make the appointment only to be told that my son did not have an appointment. We have all the proof such as auto text messaging so they can’t lie and say that my son was not booked on that day. We have been using this clinic for years so we don’t deserve that kind of treatment. As both working parents, we have to factor in these appointments around our work. Time is very valuable for both of us just like for anybody else.
