I started seeing Dr. Patchen in February 2023 after a car accident, hoping for a straightforward recovery plan, including a referral for physical therapy and an MRI. Instead, I found myself trapped in a cycle of pointless appointments, up to three times a week for months, with no measurable improvement in my health.
Despite his 36 years of experience, it seems like that experience has been channeled into making money rather than providing effective care. Every appointment felt like a quick cash grab. Instead of addressing my needs, I was passed off to assistants for brief, ineffective treatments like ultrasound or a massage gun — none of which helped with my pain or mobility. Meanwhile, my bills kept climbing, and Dr. Patchen still refused to provide a referral to a specialist or physical therapist, leaving me stuck in an endless loop of costly, ineffective visits.
This experience was incredibly frustrating, financially draining, and left me feeling misled. My health and recovery seemed sidelined in what felt like an attempt to maximize profits. If you’re looking for a doctor who truly prioritizes your well-being, stay far away from Patchen Family Practice. My time, money, and trust were completely wasted here.
