Read MoreI first called Palm Urgent Care with some hesitation, but right away I noticed how patient and kind the staff were. Instead of rushing through the call like many places do, they took their time, asked thoughtful questions, and kindly reassured me that I could be seen without an appointment. When I arrived, check-in was quick and organized, and I was seen within 15 minutes of arriving.
The first physician I met with was incredibly attentive and caring. They asked thorough questions along with critical follow-up questions, made me feel comfortable, and even offered me water while I waited, which meant a lot since I came in with a sore throat. The tests I needed were done quickly, and I had my results in less than 15 minutes. The second doctor walked me through the results, did a second evaluation, made sure I had no other concerns I wanted to share, and then sent my prescriptions straight to my pharmacy. I was in and out in about 45 minutes, the fastest and most pleasant urgent care experience I’ve ever had.
I was nervous about going somewhere new, but after reading the reviews and now experiencing it for myself, I can confidently say this place is genuinely wonderful. I would trust my family with them and you can too.
