I have been calling for a week and trying to get authorization for my husband's high blood pressure medicine. I have spoken several times with the Dr.'s wife, asking her to please check the messages. Her response is that the Dr. will check it and will respond, and nothing to authorize, this is not a professional way to care for your patients, a lot of irresponsibility on your part, they have not responded to the pharmacy's request and they have not returned my call from the several messages that I have left them This is an intolerable attitude on the part of this doctor and staff, right now I have my husband without his medicines.
