I had my first visit today for a 60 minute relaxation spa. Price is reasonable at $60, but keep in mind it’s cash only and she collected PRIOR to the massage.
I tried to book an appt over the phone, but the language barrier made that impossible, so I ended up stopping in to schedule. If they had a website or way to text a reservation request, that would be really helpful.
The employees are very friendly. The massage was good. It’s not the typical “spa” massage I am used to. The lights are dim and there is soothing music playing, but she needed to leave the room a few times and the phone kept ringing and the doorbell kept going off when people walked in. I am sensitive to sound and it’s hard for me to relax without quiet.
My biggest concern was the lack of blanket during the massage. The room was warm, but my body was cold. They only give you a bath towel to cover your body with and I am a freeze baby, so I really prefer a full blanket. Also, they use a dirty pillow for your head and they just put a small towel on top of it to keep your head directly off it.
Again, the massage was good. My body felt better after leaving. I am not sure I will head back as I prefer the spa experience.
