Read MoreI never thought I'd be writing a review of a medical facility, but my wife has been treated so well here that I feel that I must do this. My wife was diagnosed with a rare disease called Aggressive Systemic Mastocytosis. It is treated like some forms of leukemia. Finding physicians who know about this disease and how to treat it are hard to find. (My wife didn't have the best experience with her previous physician). Anyway, the point of this review is to tell you what a great place this is. The staff, and I mean ALL of the staff, are terrific. From the amazing people on the front line at the check in desk, to the wonderful laboratory staff, the terrific Nurses and Medical Assistants, and of course, the Physicians and Physician's Assistants. I cannot tell you how blessed we feel to have Dr. Prins and Dr. Dao taking care of my wife. They are kind. They take the time to listen to my wife's (and my) concerns and questions. The treatment that they have provided has made a significant impact her life, and mine as well. I cannot tell you how it feels to see your best friend and the love of your life suffering every single day. To see the quality of their life just go away... It is horrible. I am happy to say that she is doing much better under the care of Dr. Prins, Dr. Dao and the entire Oregon Oncology team! I can honestly say that I am 100% confident that we have chosen the right medical team for my wife. I have been with my wife for 42 years and she IS my life. To be able to have total and complete faith that your spouse is in the best hands is the best feeling one can have in a not so good situation. I hope that you and your loved ones never need an Oncologist / Hematologist, but if you find yourself in need, Oregon Oncology will take the best care of you. I honestly believe that.
