Read MoreThis is an excellent clinic, in my opinion. I had initially given a 5-star review, based on great experiences so far, then I deleted it due to an upsetting interaction last week. Today, I went in and spoke to the clinic Director and to the person who had given the last shot. I had not realized she was a trainee before. Their response was professional, supportive, caring and validating. I learned more about what had happened and came out of it seeing that I had misunderstood a diligent attempt to do the shot correctly as another kind of energy. It was clear from the response to me that I had misunderstood her, but they were all willing to be accountable and have someone else help me in order to allay my fears. I believe the best care shows, not when everything is always smooth and perfect, but when people address any concerns in a positive, communicative way. These are caring and good providers, safe to talk to if you need to about anything.
