I can’t recommend Josh enough as a personal trainer. When I first started, I had a lot of hesitation—not just about the gym, but about whether I could stay consistent. Josh completely changed that.
From day one, he made the environment feel welcoming, not intimidating. He’s insanely knowledgeable, but never talks down to you. Every workout is well thought out and tailored to your goals, and he explains the “why” behind what you’re doing, which helped me stay motivated and actually look forward to going.
He pushes you in the best way—no yelling, no pressure, just real encouragement and accountability. What stood out most is how much he pays attention to detail. If my form was off even slightly, he’d catch it. If I had an off day mentally, he adjusted the session without making me feel like I was falling behind.
