Here we go……. 2021… It was my first visit to their office and they were able to fit me in for an abscess tooth the same day. I was so thankful. Such welcoming, warm and friendly staff, from the gals at the front to the nurses in the back along with Dr Patel. I felt such genuine kindness. I’ve been afraid of dentists for years but everyone from Jessica to Dr. Patel, put my mind at ease and confirmed my hopes that I chose the right dental team to start my new treatments with. Thank you to all. I was in so much pain that names of others who helped me slips my mind but each of them were kind and genuine and I am grateful. See you all on Monday to start my treatment once the swelling has gone down. : )Now for today’s visit… After breaking a tooth, I was able to get an appointment the very next day and once again felt so valued as a customer from the moment I walked through the door. I am such a baby when it comes to dentists and even though it has been nearly 2 years, it felt like coming back to visit family. From the warm smiles and excitement to see me to the once again, gentle and kind way I was treated, I can honestly say that I confirmed I have my forever, dentist office!!! You all are the absolute best!!! Thank you for making my painful experience, delightful and so many ways.Cynthia Crouch
