I've been to this office both for primary care and GYN appointments and although I thought this would be convenient (because there is also a phlebotomist up front) I was sadly mistaken. Of the 4 appointments I had between December 2017 and January 2018, the minimum wait was 1 hour and 15 min. and the max was a little over 2 hours.
For my appointments in January, she was so overly booked for my first appointment that she was only able to sit with me for less than 20 minutes (paid a $30 co-pay), after sitting in the lobby that ran out of chairs for people to sit for over an hour, to run through bloodwork results and barely listened to an urgent care need I had. For my follow up, barely saw me for 5 seconds and sent me on my way with a print out of referrals for a second opinion after virtually brushing me off (and waiting almost 2 hours to see her this time and paying a $30 co-pay).
Now at the end of March, only two months after my last visit, I receive a note from the pharmacy that they're waiting for my doctor's approval to fill my birth control prescription. I call to help facilitate and was told you have to physically see the doctor every 3 months to receive refill prescriptions on birth control which means I would have to wait 2 hours, even though I have a scheduled appointment, and pay $30 to have her fill out a paper. No check-up of any kind, just to fill out a piece of paper. No thanks.
End all recommendation, please find another primary care and GYN.
