Read MoreI was looking forward to a nice reflexology massage the other day. I went in and was highly disappointed. I had some light oil in my hair that was prescribed by my doctor. The practitioner said that it was stronng, so I asked her to just focus on reflexology and not massage, so she would not be exposed to the hair oil. It didn’t seem to bother her that much. At the end of the massage however, she told me never to come back and that I made her sick. The other thing that was disconcerting was that when I called in to ask If this establishment provided reflexology based on body symptomology, they said that they did indeed do so. However when I got there they said that they did not do that. My masseuse was unable to answer any questions since her English was very limited. I offered her a tip, and she refused the tip and told me not to come back again. I asked the manager if this could be addressed, and the manager was nice. However I encourage you not to frequent this establishment. They cannot communicate effectively in English and communicate the wrong information. I will not be coming back here again . By the way, it was questionable, if my hair oil really bothered my masseuse or if she was sick. She seem to be sneezing from the beginning of the appointment which is unacceptable in a place where one is coming into contact with lots of people. I can’t vouch for that however, but I can just tell you that this is a very unprofessional establishment based on my experience. Lastly, if it really bothered her, I would’ve scheduled for another day, but because of her limited English she did not make that clear with me in the beginning of the appointment. She just appeared to be irritated and told me at the end that everything was my problem.
Update – I just called the manager to discuss this in further detail, and she just hung up on me and yelled at me. She told me I needed to come in and speak with her in person, but she would not let me finish my sentence. Again I highly do not recommend this spot. The cleanliness is questionable as well.
