Read MoreNormally, I enjoyed coming to this establishment for a body massage. However, I was not satisfied with my last visit. I tried explaining to the massage therapist what I was looking for my body massage and, he looked so confused, and said he didn't understand any English. I was shocked because, other times I have gone there, all the message therapists understood English very well.
I think he just didn't care to hear what I had to say. If I do not tell the message therapist what I am looking for in my body massage, they are going to do the massage how they see fit instead of to my liking. I am a paying customer, plus I always provide a tip. Therefore, I have the right to explain what I am looking for in my body massage.
Eventually, the guy got frustrated and walked about, so a woman who normally manages the front desk counter did my massage, which I was confused by. I had to keep instructing her on the area t focus on, she seemed to all of a sudden not understand what I was talking about, saying her English was not good. This was interesting because when II go to the front desk to deal with scheduling a massage and payment, she understands English very well.
I asked the woman to please provide deep tissue and she was getting aggravated with me and then had the same guy who originally was supposed to be my massage therapist and who also got frustrated and walked away came back to finish the job. In my opinion, this is a very unprofessional way to conduct business.
Overall, I was not satisfied with the service, and I will not be returning back to this establish in Lehigh Valley Mall.
