Read MoreI am not one to leave reviews, but I think it is for the greater good that people know what really goes on at this establishment. I have been a patient with North County at this location for about 2 ish years now. Every single time I have made an appointment here, I have a different doctor. The turn out rate is INSANE for a doctors office!! I have seen the same doctor two times at a maximum the whole time I’ve been a patient here. They are constantly leaving or getting fired. For the most part, the ladies at the front have been nice as well as a few of the nurses. Until today. I called to ask if I could schedule a same day appointment as I have felt a decline in my health the last few weeks and have had various illnesses. I guess I had like.. 2 symptoms of COVID and I was interrogated TWICE on the phone about my symptoms. When I initially called, I was told they had one opening today and I said I’d take it if it was the only option available. I was told “well you could always go to the urgent care!” …is it so wrong to call my PRIMARY DOCTORS OFFICE for treatment??? not everyone wants to wait 3+ hours at the urgent care just to be dismissed like those people at those offices do. they don’t have my medical history either so.. what is so wrong with calling my doctors office?? When I arrived at my appointment, the nurse was ok but sounded very annoyed with me. Of course they automatically assume I just have Covid, they gave me a test, and what do you know ?? i don’t have it. but the real cherry on top of my visit today was my new doctor. She was completely dismissive, did not listen to my concerns, and had a NASTY ass attitude the entire time. as if she didn’t believe anything i had said to her. she did her obligatory lung/breathing check, and i asked her if i could get a full blood work up because i truly feel like there is something wrong with me. she said “i guess we can” she then grabbed all her stuff and stormed out of the room without saying anything further to me. the nurse came back with an order for an x-ray, which i am confused on why i would need one??? and then i looked at the blood work ordered and there was practically nothing on it. they then told me to get my blood drawn and do the x-ray the same day and come back 3 days later. i told them that i don’t live in lake havasu and i live 45 minutes away. they didn’t care. the lady who drew my blood was rude too. UNBELIEVABLE how anyone thinks it is okay to treat patients like that and dismiss them so blatantly. if you don’t like people, DONT WORK IN HEALTHCARE!!!! Joselyn Branchik, the dr I saw today, you should be absolutely ashamed of yourself and your piss poor bedside manner. find a different profession. i will be switching offices immediately.
