The process in the chair was uneventful. Rocco was the best at shampooing and massaging my scalp and he deserves 10 stars! Amazing!
However the colorist walked away after applying the color. I never saw her again. Once my hair was shampooed, I was directed to a drying station to dry my hair myself. I noticed that the gray was still there, like a full inch of gray. I dried my hair, and went to pay.
When I got home, I noticed I was charged for full highlights, glaze with color and extended extra (which I never ordered) at $285.00 and of course, I added tips.
I’ve been going to Noelle for decades for other services, purchasing gifts from the store etc. and have directed friends there and purchased many gift certificates for special occasions.
I was sent a form asking about my experience and stated that the grey was not covered. No one had checked the color and after $300++ I’d expect that they would dry the client’s hair and at least check it. No one ever responded or followed up with a call. I found the experience disappointing and lacking at best.
