Imaging, dilation, consultation (which included the immediate start) to monthly treatment (eye injections). The front staff is personable, efficient & very competent. All levels of the process (intake, testing, imaging, treatment) were highly professional and time efficient. There were many patients (about 15-20) not including their drivers. Dr. London is amazingly cognitive of the needs (including emotional support) of his patients and explained clearly what my diagnosis, options & concerns involved. I had no symptoms?have 20/20 corrected vision and a yearly diabetic eye exam revealed my myoptic edema in its very early stages. I am 72 and began eye injection treatment that day. My visit felt unrushed, thorough, and provided very clean waiting areas, parking. snacks. and peaceful videos.
