All I had ever done regarding physical activity was play soccer during my free time. I had a gym membership that I never really used, for a few reasons. A busy schedule, lack of motivation, and some laziness. COVID-19 hit and I couldn’t continue to play, so I decided I had to do something to get me moving. I began looking for a personal trainer, I was very intimidated by this idea and hoped to find a comfortable environment. From the minute I reached out to Next Level Training Facility Tarik was very professional, friendly, and very responsive. He answered every question I had and we scheduled our first session. He asked about my goals during that initial session and we made a plan according to those goals. I am going into my 3rd month of training twice a week with Tarik and i’ve loved every session. He incorporates boxing into the sessions which is my favorite part. Tarik seems very passionate about his work and I cannot stress enough how happy I am with his services. I had hoped to find a place that would make me feel comfortable, and I definitely found that. I have a very busy schedule, so being able to easily go online and book my next session is a huge help. I am able to incorporate my sessions accordingly. If you are ready to make a commitment to your physical/mental health and feel stronger in a friendly and comfortable environment, Next Level Training Facility is the place to be!
