Unable to lift my head up off a pillow at night (by the end of our session, I could move me neck without using my hand to assist with the motions).
Im a physical therapist assistant so I tried everything before trying massage (alternating heat/ice, cervical stretches, trigger point, light massage, general Range of motion exercises, with no relief).
Nothing is scarier than being a physical therapist assistant and not being able to treat my patients because my own neck pain is hindering me, hindering my ability to drive safely.
I can say hands down she is the BEST massage therapist I have ever been too. Will be going back for sure, and recommending everyone I know to her!!!
