The receptionist will greet you with a smile, and the wait times are fast. There is even complimentary cold water and cookies and coffee in the lobby! Dr Huizenga does an awesome job of making you feel comfortable and finding the best update to your prescription. He is fun to talk to and good at listening and really cares about making you see good as new. Faylee was especially helpful and patient while I examined several options for new frames. They let me pick if I wanted help searching or if I wanted to look on my own, and they were open and honest about different pricing. It is so helpful and reassuring to work with people who know what they are doing and want to help you. Thank you so much to the team!
