I understand that you were in the middle of a class, but it’s not acceptable that your class structure results in unwelcoming service when people enter to inquire. Customer service is crucial, regardless of someone’s knowledge level. You should ensure that everyone feels greeted and valued.
My negative review is not about the class itself as I was willing to return, but both my friend and I were unimpressed with your behavior. You missed an opportunity to gain additional business due to your lack of welcoming and engaging customer service.
Teaching a class does not justify being short with someone who is asking questions. You should implement a policy to handle inquiries during class sessions more effectively. Your tone was uncalled for and needs to be addressed
