Read MoreCalled as a new patient to make an appointment and receptionists kept taking my name and number saying they'd call back. Waited until the next day and never received a call back. I called the following day, same thing. They asked for my name, number, Insurance information and asked me health questions and then said they'd call me back as soon as they verified my insurance. I waited for her call and never received a call. I then called a third time, the girl who said would call me back, was gone for the day and was not returning until the following week. The girl who answered the call asked me the same questions again. If this is how they are with new patients, I can't imagine how they are with their patients.
