I’m patiently waiting a couple minutes for her to acknowledge me. Then she asks if I’m here for urgent care, in which I say yes. No hello, how can I help you?. She then said, “You need to check in on the screen” I say which screen? “Over there” thanks for the specifics. It was a small screen on the wall that look like a picture frame. I attempted to check in on a screen that isn’t picking up the correct key strokes. I manage to put the bare minimum of letters incorrectly. Hoping it could be corrected once called. This woman AGAIN ignored me and check patients in that clearly came in after me. After 30 min of realizing she isn’t going to call me, I walked out. UNPROFESSIONAL! This woman hates her job!
