We offer Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and prenatal massage, as well as customized sessions to meet your specific needs.

What should I wear to my massage appointment?

You can wear loose, comfortable clothing, and we will provide a secure and private space for you to undress to your comfort level.

Do you accept health insurance for massage therapy?

We accept some insurance plans, please contact us to verify your coverage.

How long are your massage sessions?

Our standard sessions are 60 or 90 minutes, but we can accommodate shorter or longer sessions upon request.
