I filled out form including my eye care insurance information, woman said you have too many insurance numbers, I showed her my vision insurance card, she said who is your medical insurance with, I said that I believe it was Blue Cross, she said you don’t have your medical insurance information, I said no. The woman gave a big sigh, I said I can cancel the appointment if need be, she didn’t say a word, I walked out. Cannot believe they let someone like her greet patients, very, very rude. my wife went there, so I thought I would try it…now you’ve lost 2 customers. Congrats
