Read MoreAlthough I do not have a problem with the staff, I DO have a problem, that no matter if no other person is in the waiting room, you have an automatic 45 minute wait until seen by the nurse. I had a 10:30 appointment, when I signed in I saw that the person who signed in before me had an 11:00 appointment. I assumed you made an appointment for a *reason*, but they saw the 11:00 person *before* me. I did not get back to see the nurse until 11:45.
Dr. Khan does not believe that parents know best. I told him my daughter could not swallow pills. Even though she is eleven years old, she can only swallow small pills. I asked him what size the Rx would be, and he said he did not know. I told him to prescribe her a liquid and he flat out refused. He kept saying over and over again, "No, no, she swallow capsule..." I got the Rx, and they were NOT capsules, they were *horse* pills! My daughter attempted 3 separate times to swallow her meds, but could not. I called the next day, and even though he has hours he was not in for the day, and the nurse said I would have to call back the following day!! What? They skrewed up, and I have to 'catch' this guy? The following day happened to be a snow day, so they were closed again, and the following two days were the weekend!
