I went in with pain in my head and neck, only went here because they were the closest and earliest to make an appointment with. The nurse practitioner immediately struck me as rude, sighing as she asked me for my insurance card. When I detailed my symptoms, she said, “I can’t help you. Why would you come here for that?” If you can’t help or don’t have the equipment to do so, that’s totally fine, but the way I was talked to was just plain unacceptable. Ended up driving down the road to Riverview urgent care, who diagnosed me with a concussion, and were quick and pleasant to work with. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
