I received better quality of care at the middle minute clinic by the nurse in Strongsville who knew more than my doctor that had examined me in the emergency room 4 weeks prior. She was extremely thorough and reviewing all my records and although I am a complicated case with many medical issues, she sent the proper tests out and cultures which reported to me a week later and she had prescribed the appropriate antibiotic to kill bacteria that was causing major issues in my blood sugar my diabetic hair and could have damaged my kidneys had it not been for her extreme knowledge thorough evaluation of my symptoms and review of my records. I have the utmost respect for the Strongsville minute clinic in Ohio and I hope that the other clinics will continue to offer exceptional nursing care to the patients who visit the clinic. I was able to make an appointment easily and the nurse spent a great deal of time with me while still being able to see the next patient promptly. She was thorough and as a result I was given it antibiotic which did finally killed the bacteria in my system that was causing so many problems because she was wise enough to send it off to a culture which took 5 days to come back. They immediately contacted me by phone by email and by text. I'm not easily impressed by most medical facilities these days but the minute clinic at CVS in Strongsville is the exception to that rule and I highly recommend it to anyone who is feeling like they need medical care. I was surprised and yet eternally grateful as I was returning from Ohio to the heart of where hurricane Milton and Helene had just hit and there was little to no medical care all doctor's office is were closed as well as pharmacies but my visit to Ohio led me to the clinic in Strongsville and I am so fortunate to have had the thorough and top-notch care provided by a very dedicated nurse. I trust them completely even though the pharmacy was very busy because of closures of other pharmacies, they filled my prescription before I left the store and gave it prompt attention. I am most grateful to all who helped me at the CVS minute clinic and pharmacy in Strongsville Ohio.
