Read MoreI read a lot of reviews to help guide my decision making but rarely write a review unless I feel so strongly about a product/person/service that I want to pass my opinion along. I had the absolute best experience with Michiana Smiles (Mishawaka), Dr Jeni and her staff and highly recommend them. From the minute you walk into the office, the staff greets you with a smile and makes you feel welcome, comfortable and seen. Both Danielle and Tiffany (Dental Assistants) made me feel at ease and unashamed of any work that was needed, and boy did I need work! Dr Jeni put together a treatment plan for me and executed it flawlessly over an eight-month period of time, even making sure that in the middle of it all, no one would know that I was having extensive work done. Her skill, insight and kind/caring demeanor was apparent every visit. In the end, I have four implants, multiple crowns and cavities filled and I couldn’t be happier! In fact, so happy that even though I’m in the process of moving to a different state, I will fly back twice a year for appointments. I’ve spent my entire life simply dreading going to the dentist. I can honestly say, I no longer feel that way and have complete confidence in this entire office and cannot recommend them more! Thank you to Dr Jeni (my dental ninja) and all of her staff for all you do!
