Read MoreA misconception, I had is that this was a new Hospital, but it was mearley a fancy walk in clinic. Took my 91 year old grandmother there 2 times, and the 2nd time during normal hours I noticed some things. Both times Midnight, and Noon there was a still a skeleton staff on duty.... Huge waiting room, and huge ER, & more beverages in the vending machines then they will sell before this place closes.
We didnt get the proper care the 1st visit or the 2nd visit wouldn't have been necessary....They Quicky pushed us out and released us before we were comfortable leaving, but they said they cant keep her for observation but she was good to go home.
Not 12 hours later, we had to go back for the same problem, and pay another ER visit, which I thought would be free, but I was wrong!
DON'T GO HERE.... Drive on the NW Medical, or to MERCY Rogers if more than an ice pack is needed.
