Read MoreI want to express my concerns regarding my recent experience at this office. We waited an hour to be seen without any communication regarding delays. After approximately 50 minutes, I had to inquire about the status of our appointment, only to be informed that the doctor would be with us soon. Upon arrival she quickly stated she was unable to complete the necessary paperwork due to time constraints.
This appointment was not merely a routine visit; it was a mandated appointment for a child entering foster care after removal. Unfortunately, our interaction with the doctor lasted only about seven minutes, during which we felt rushed and undervalued. The doctor mentioned it had been a busy day, but we, too, had a scheduled appointment and expected a reasonable standard of care.
Additionally, when I requested referrals for therapy, the information provided was inaccurate, suggesting we had only one option when, in fact, there are multiple resources available. I urge them to ensure that their staff is equipped to provide accurate and comprehensive referrals.
While I appreciate the kindness of the front desk staff and nurses, I cannot recommend this office based on the overall experience. The time of my children and myself is valuable, and we deserve to be treated with the respect and care essential for all patients, particularly those in foster care.
