I’ve been going to this gym for about ten years, and it’s always had top tier equipment and great hours. Now they just replaced all the cardio equipment with brand new machines. The value here is unbeatable, and the staff are always welcoming.

Great place to workout! There's a lot of different equipment that is well maintained and clean. Owners are great people and the staff is friendly. If you're looking for a gym, you should definitely stop in and take a tour.

Wonderful gym, great equipment! They keep it super clean, they have respectful & kind staff, as for the members they seem to attract great people to their gym lots of long time members. Very satisfied and glad I found this gym when I moved here.

I've been bodybuilding for 40+ years. This is a gym with a positive attitude. There are no TVs to distract me while working out. Staying focused is a key component of success. Excellent equipment and hours of operation. The best.

One of the best gyms I have been to. It has a unique separate set up for all types of gym goers from meatheads to the first timers. The gym is always clean and the equipment is always up to date.

If you’re looking for a gym with the best workout equipment, this is the place. I’ve been going here now for about 9 years now and I love it. Helena at the front desk keeps the place clean. I wouldn’t choose another gym.
