Read MoreI had a deeply disappointing experience at this office and feel compelled to share it in hopes that it helps others make an informed decision. Despite arriving on time for my scheduled appointment, I waited well beyond a reasonable timeframe without any clear communication or respect for my time. When I asked for updates, I was met with vague answers and indifference.
The interaction with one of the staff members was especially unprofessional and disheartening. Rather than offering understanding or assistance, their tone and behavior were dismissive and, frankly, unacceptable in a healthcare setting. When I expressed that I would no longer be continuing my care with this practice, I was treated with hostility rather than empathy.
Attempts to speak with a manager were initially brushed off, and it was only after considerable insistence that someone finally addressed my concerns with basic courtesy. While I appreciated the eventual effort to help, the overall experience left me feeling disrespected and unheard.
Healthcare is not just about clinical care—it’s about trust, communication, and treating patients with dignity. Unfortunately, my experience here failed on all of those fronts. I sincerely hope this review encourages improvements for the sake of future patients.
