My wife and I had our 12 week appointment scheduled for today, but had our appointment cancelled at the last minute due to staffing mistakes. They gave our appointment away without allowing us or our insurance provider to clear up the mistakes made by the lady that answers the phones.
She (the lady who answers the phones) was extremely rude to not only my pregnant wife, but also our insurance agent rep. Went as far as telling our insurance rep that they can't take the insurance companies word for us having insurance. They then accused my wife of being to blame as we recently had my employer switch healthcare insurance providers, and said "if you plan to use this service only temporary before going to Kaiser you should just stick with Kaiser then".
Doesn't matter that we had this appointment set more than a month ago. The worker refused to reschedule us, and we have filed a complaint with our insurance company for their Refusal To Provide Contracted Service.
This is the worst doctor office experience I've ever had. Do not use this OBGYN is you have any respect or love for the woman carrying your child as this office has NONE to give or show. They need to lose their license for how they treat patients.
