I have been trying to get an appt since December (its now march). Website says to call, text, or book online. At first I called and left a VM in december, no response. I ended up booking an appt online the following month. Night before my appt I received a text message saying she had a family emergency and wouldn't be able to make it back in time for the appt. She apologized and said she knew I was trying to get in and told me I wouldn't have me wait long to get in. I totally understand family emergencies and hope everything is ok. I followed up the following week to see if she was back at work and had availability. I received no response. I followed up again for the next 2 weeks following that. Even called and left a VM. After my 3rd week of asking I gave up. I was given a groupon to use which now I am trying to get a refund. I was really excited about this since she was referred to me by a good friend of mine and had a good experience. Just bummed her communication skills are lacking and can't return a simple text or phone call saying shes not available. I suggest removing "call or text" from the website if you are not going to respond to them.
