I called in to ask what my next appointment was (it had been three weeks since my prior encounter) and wanted to know if they had any earlier times. The receptionist half listened, wasn't friendly, and kept trying to talk over me. When I asked if there was an earlier time I could come in, her quick response was "probably not" in a condensing tone. Then, like magic, it was an earlier time available. Good thing i had to INSIST she check. Like stated before, everything else is great except for that rude individual. Almost made me reconsider other options to give my income. Additionally the service left alot to desire. I had a keloid flare up. It seemed the doctors just wanted to constantly inject me with every visit to collect a check. The only "solution" to my keloid problem was to suggest plastic surgery. Oh you mean surgery on a keloid...A CONDITION THAT HAS A 60% CHANCE TO FLARE BACK UP AFTER SURGERY. There was no mention of radiation therapy, cryotherapy, or anything else. I had to research this and I don't get paid a six figure salary to do this. I will never come here again cause all they want is your money and to not solve the problem. But we all know that right.
