Read MoreThis has been the worse experience of my life. I am a full time student, full time midwife apprentice, and a single mother of two children. I NEVER do anything for myself. I finally decided I deserved a massage and bought a groupon for a massage from Samantha. First of all, after texting her multiple times and never getting a response, she finally responded to me and told me sorry she had a cold. Since when can you not text a client back because you have a cold? Scheduling with her took about 3 weeks to finally hear back from her. She told me that she could get me in at 11 am on the 29th (I have text message pictures I can post as well to prove this). So I paid a babysitter, woke up early on my one day off, drove 30 minutes away, arrive at her office and nobody is there. So I text her and she says my appointment is on the books for 1130. I told her no, she was wrong, it is at 11 but I would wait for her in my car for 30 minutes. So at 1130, I head back into her office only to find she is with someone else. She had a DIFFERENT client at 1130, not me. When I showed her all of our text messages, she said oh well I don't have you on my books. So not only did I pay a babysitter for nothing, I wasted almost two hours on my one off day driving and sitting in my car, for no massage. Waste of time, waste of money, waste of gas. I would NOT recommend Samantha to anyone. I am beyond disappointed in this entire process. Worst experience of my life. Stay away! Choose someone who is actually capable of scheduling and someone who can actually respond to their clients in a timely manner
