Read MoreWorst experience of my life.Where do I start?came to this office for the simple reason of getting an implant after my insurance told me they were part of network, after convinced me that I needed a deep clean, I received a insurance denied to implant, I needed bone where I am missing my molar but I also needed bone in other part of my mouth, even thought I came here for the simple reason of getting my implant for a molar they were looking a way to get thousands of dollars out of my pocket and they did, long story shore a simple implant visit converted to close or over $10,000. The secretary Jenifer send me a proposal with a “discount” to place bone in my whole mouth but gets what they did not include bone for my missing molar in that proposal. I ask the from desk person who told me to talk to the doctor, another problem, doctor never explains anything to you, he assistant does talk to you and they are all on the same shoes, $$$$$$ After asking the doctor before surgery he said by mouth that he was going to add the bone on my original purpose to come to this visit, my implant.It took me 2 or 2.5 year to finally get my implant inserted.Jenifer who is trained to convince patients told me that if I didn’t do it the doctor wouldn’t do the implant because he would do an implant if I have an infection, but what infection if your office already did a dip clean to me prior, I felt for it instead of running out of there.Yesterday I received a $250 dollar charge by mail even thought I thought I paid everything, I have an installment for 3 month and the from person decided to charge me $136 even though that was supposed to come out together by the end of this month.In conclusion, it is a total mess, they don’t follow what they supposed to follow, communication is 0.Read the reviews, they there for a reason, I wish I did that when I originally came to this office, and I wish I was never there expending all that money.
