We never have issues getting an appointment and the wait for urgent care is almost nothing. If you go in there, ask for Amanda and tell her what an awesome job she does. She is a miracle worker when it comes to dealing with insurance and referrals to specialists. She has handled our notoriously difficult insurance company on many occasions and taken a huge stress away. This office understands the value and meaning of customer service and what a great bedside manner is really about.
