The person that answered the phone when I called to schedule an appointment was very rude, disrespectful and discriminated against Groupon users. Then refused to schedule an appointment with me when I asked her why she was being rude.
When I called I said hello I would like to schedule an appointment. I will be using a groupon. She then sighed loudly and asked me how much I paid for the groupon and I informed her it was a gift. She said it would have to be next week. I said okay I would need an evening appointment. She said then it would have to be 2 weeks out. Okay...i get it I used to work at a spa I know they book up fast...
I asked about Sunday mornings she said none available because they are booked up due to groupon. I asked...if I was not using groupon would I be able to get in sooner. She said yes...I asked how is that okay...she stated I have to get regular paying clients in first. Groupon does not pay us much. I said wow, I am sorry but I am not sure how that is my fault and why you would tell me there is no appointments available for me for at least 3 weeks but if I were paying regular rate I can get in sooner. Not cool. She then began to raise her voice and I asked why be rude, I am just calling to make an appointment and from the start you are being rude. She said because I can pick who comes in or not and told me to tell my friend or whoever got me the groupon to get their money back and hung up on me.
I would never want to visit an establishment like that. She decided to use groupon to promote her business, not me...I am just benefitting from that and I could have been a regular paying customer in the future but to be told because I am not a regular paying customer I wont be treated like a regular paying customer is beyond the type of customer service I expect from any establishment. I am so disappoint and I have not even stepped foot in her building.
