Update: when you thought it couldn't get any better. Provider Brian Long is another top notch provider. He is very informative, knowledge, patient, caring, clear, friendly and thorough. He took his time and made a clear plan to get to the root cause of our concerns. Thank you Lovelace for these amazing providers. With a shortage on providers these providers set the bars high and give us hope for healthcare!
Dr. Sheth is one of the best doctors in Albuquerque! She is friendly and caring. She educates her patients and goes above and beyond to ensure they get the care they need. She listened to my concern regarding my daughter issues and instead of having me wait till July for an appointment. She fit us in and did the surgery all within about 2 weeks! You just don't know how thankful I am for you and your team!
The office staff are nice. The lady who does the scheduling for surgery very kind and works around your availability. The lady who does the hearing test fit us in same day also very kind. Thank you so much!
My only complaint is having to go upstairs to schedule. Just a little inconvenient but overall it's clean place.

Today was my first appointment at the ENT Lovelace practice and was treated by Dr Matteucci and the team. They indeed explained my options for my problems and understood how I felt in regards of my hearing. I really don't understand why all the bad comments in the reviews. This is totally the opposite! Not to forget Jade, his assistant was calling me prior to my appointment to help me get all my info. Something that most practices don't do lately! And for these reasons I give 5 stars.

I was scared to come because of reviews. I had the best experience a patient can have. Dr. Matteucci really took the time to explain everything with details. Jade as well was amazingly professional and caring. That feeling you do not get from doctors any more. I am so glad I did not cancel my appt. Victoria (Front desk was very caring as well and polite. I highly recommend this office. Amazing customer service and truly care for patients 👏

I was reading the reviews before I posted my review and I was confused. Is this the same ENT clinic I went too?!! yes it is and both times I went in the staff were amazing. 1st visit was with Rosemary Rodriguez, who honestly is the most amazingly kind medical professional I have ever met.(I've seen so many DRs after my major car accident) Very thorough and soooo sweet and professional. The second was Dr. Mudd, who was also very kind, professional and explained everything to me in simple terms. I guess I got lucky, not sure who the bad doctors are there, because I didn't experience that.

Kept interrupting as i was trying to answer his questions. Kept questioning my answers as if i was lying. Odd stuff. Not sure what his deal was. Great ENT office! I am very pleased with Dr. Mudd and Dr. Matteucci. They are definitely experts in their field and very professional. Dr. Mudd did surgery on my ear and it healed beautifully. My quality of life has definitely improved after surgery. I can swim and get water in my ear without it becoming a massive ear infection. Thank you Dr. Mudd! Also, everyone at the clinic are very profession and helpful. Very easy to make an appointment and staff work well together. Definitely recommend this clinic!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Selena Liao. My son was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in Santa Fe. I don't have much confidence in the medical care in Santa Fe so we researched doctors in ABQ. Dr. Liao spent over an hour with us explaining the procedure, complications etc. she patiently listened and answered all of our questions. Our sons surgery was yesterday. It turned out to be more aggressive and Dr Liao did an excellent job with his surgery. She is a brilliant surgeon with a beautiful bedside manner. A doctor exhibiting excellence in medical skill and having a good bedside manner is very rare and Dr. Liao has BOTH! I really can't reccommend her enough.

Only waited about 5 minutes before I was called back. Staff was very nice. Dr Long was lovely and knew what he was talking about. Please don't let the bad reviews sway you away.
