I had hydrafacial and my friend got 90 mins waterful facial that suppose includes massage. my facialist is probably an amature parttime employee seem has no idea how to do a facial, with gloves on while trying to find my pressure point and wander tapping around my face. the steamer was on in the beginning but never faced me the whole time, not even cover my chest with a towel, nor a blanket for me, the table I was on is very hard with thick plastic cover on(yes no linen cover at head area), my back head hurts lying on it for the hour, and she walked in/out of the room like 4 times during the session. I finished before my friend since she had 90 mins session, so I pay for both of us while waiting for her to finish, the receptionist advised me to pay $20 tip to each facialist. my friend came out about 10 mins after me, said that her facialist told her to shorten her session from 90 mins to 60 mins(she skipped the massage part), saying because mine is 60 mins. same experience as me, her facialist doesn't seem how to do her work, this place is a joke. never repeat again and definitely NOT RECOMMEND.
